Choose a function Example

AI in your team

Typical task

Assessing an AI vendor proposal and deciding which use cases to fund first.

What your team learns

  • Ask vendors the right questions on data, risk and results
  • Rank use cases by value, effort and governance needs
  • Set a clear AI direction and lead adoption by example

Executive AI Leadership Program

Example use cases. Every program is tailored to your workflows.

Most AI training never reaches the work

  • 82%of surveyed enterprise leaders offer some AI training
  • 59%still report an AI skills gap
  • 35%run a mature, organization-wide upskilling program
  • ~95%of organizations saw no measurable return from generative AI

Organizations are investing in AI tools faster than their people can use them. In a 2026 survey of more than 500 US and UK enterprise leaders, 82% said they offer some form of AI training, yet 59% still report an AI skills gap and only 35% run a mature, organization-wide upskilling program.

The reasons are consistent. Generic video courses, no hands-on practice and learning paths that ignore people's actual roles. Employees finish the course, return to their desks and carry on as before.

The cost shows up in results. MIT's 2025 research found that about 95% of organizations saw no measurable return from generative AI, largely because tools were never fitted to real workflows and teams never changed how they worked.

AI adoption is a learning challenge before it is a technology challenge. That is the problem our training is designed to solve.

How we work

  1. 1

    AI opportunity audit

We start by understanding your teams, tools and workflows, and identify where AI can save the most time or add the most value. Training is designed around these opportunities, not a generic syllabus.

  2. 2

    Program design

Our instructional designers build a role-based learning path for each audience, with clear objectives, hands-on exercises and materials that use your real scenarios.

  3. 3

    Live delivery

Experienced facilitators deliver each session live online, scheduled to suit your time zones.

  4. 4

    Practice and application

Participants apply what they learn to real tasks between sessions, supported by prompt libraries, job aids and follow-up support.

  5. 5

    Measure and sustain

We track adoption and capability against agreed measures, report results to leadership, and recommend the next stage, from champions networks to advanced programs.
